With an early concentration and focus on finance, Neil Mehta has been in the real estate industry since 1997.Starting with Wells Fargo Bank, and moving on to California Federal bank, Neil quickly developed a greater understanding of Real Estate finance, and it’s intricate relationship with the residential and commercial real estate markets. Neil developed the One Day Home Selling System in 2009, years after mastering residential real estate and mortgage transactions. With a diverse background in all things real estate related, including finance, construction, development entitlement, residential, commercial and hospitality, Neil’s knowledge base and experience has been instrumental in the leadership and development of the agents at Real Estate Xperts, Inc. Neil is very hands-on with every transaction, and often gets directly involved with clients to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
