The home is open to everyone for one day, 11am to 4pm. No appointment, no registration fee, no obligation — buyers tour it with the crowd.

Live One Day Sale, one winner

Buyers write their bids on a one-page form before 4pm. Bids are non-binding; the top bidders submit full purchase agreements and you choose the offer you like best.
